Communications and Outreach Coordinator - Apply by Feb 28, 2026

We are hiring a Communications and Outreach Coordinator to elevate our voice and strengthen our connections in the community. This position is highly strategic and collaborative while also being boots on the ground. Bringing new ideas and approaches is expected. Being open, receptive, and communicative are valued in order to create a safer space for positively empowering members of our community. This position reports to the Executive Director and will work closely with the Shop Manager and other OCB staff. This is a hybrid role with the expectation to work at the shop one day per week and be in person for events, meetings, and other duties as needed (across Metro-Vancouver).
